So the directions off the A1 are quite easy to follow:

• Coming up the A1, we are just north of the Black Cat roundabout
• Coming down the A1, we are south of the Buckden roundabout
• Take the B645 exit off the A1 towards St Neots/B1048/Higham Ferrers
• Turn towards Northampton / Great Staughton / Kimbolton
• Drive for 3.1 miles
• Then turn left at the sign saying Staughton Moor, which is Moor Road
• Drive for 1.7 miles
• Then turn left towards the dead end (you may see the small sign pointing towards 1320MINI)
• Drive for 0.7 miles.
• Turn right where the sign says Little America Ind Est 
• Drive for  0.2 miles
• We are on the right hand side, you'll see Unit 4 and 1320 MINI.

Are you Lost ? Has your Sat Nav / Google taken you to  a set of white gates in Hamlet called Bushmead ? If so follow these directions

If the white gate is on your right follow the road for 0.4 miles and turn RIGHT at the Cross roads

Go along that road for 1.1 miles you will pass Top End farm shop on the left and eventually come to a turning on your right, turn RIGHT here

Carry along that road which is Moor Road for 1.4 miles and eventually you will come to Dead end sign with a turning on the left, carry on towards the dead end sign for another 0.7 miles then Turn right towards Little America Ind Est
