This insert made by Superflex is a direct fit into your standard upper engine stabilizer mount (SPF2501K) to fit any Mini One/Cooper/Cooper S from 01-04 . To fit you simply unbolt the mount, insert the 2 void plugs, and bolt the mount back on they can be removed should you decide to put your car back to standard. Included is the 2 part large polyurethane inserts. Note. The mount itself is not included in the sale.
