When we receive your short engine we will strip it down and inspect all parts and report back to you our findings
We would then send off the block to be bored and honed with a torque plate to our specific wall to piston clearances to the Weisco pistons supplied
Once the bores are all machined, the block is then decked to the minuim requiremnts to ensure a flat deck
The crankshaft is also machined and polished to the correct clearances required
On arrival the first Job is to paint the outisde of the block
The engine is now taken to our engine building room where all the piston rings are correcly gapped to each bore and all the rod and main bearings are checked for correct clearances
Once the above is completed we can now assemble the block with the following new parts
